  1. Do you offer delivery services?

At the moment, we only offer a pick-up option in-store. All orders must be collected from our Gold Coast location. This allows us to ensure the freshness and quality of the meat when you take it home.

 

  1. How do I place an order for pick-up?

You can place your order through our website or by calling us directly. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pick-up at our Gold Coast Factory.

 

  1. What are your store hours for pick-up?

Our store is open for pick-up during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday to Sunday: Closed

If you need to arrange a pick-up outside these hours, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  1. Do I need to bring anything when picking up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your phone) and a valid ID to verify your purchase.

We hold your order for 48 hours after notifying you that it’s ready. If you need additional time, please call us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been collected. However, if there are any issues with your order upon pick-up, please notify us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.

    No. Currently Warroo Game Meats services Gold Coast customers for pick up and delivery options due to keeping our Kangaroo meat fresh.

    We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
